Reserve Cabnernet Sauvignon
Reserve

Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve has a deep, dark purple color. The aroma is full with concentrated cassis and blackberry fruit, complemented by tobacco, cocoa, and a touch of caramel toasted oak. The wine is mouth filling, with a sweet entry and intense blackcurrant and black cherry fruit complemented by sweet oak tannins. The wine has structure with dense tannins and a supple texture. The finish is full and lingering.

Vintage

The 2014 growing season began with a mild winter with very low rainfall that gave way to an early spring and an early bud break. Heavy rainfall in April saturated the soil and provided sufficient water for the season. Moderate weather conditions prevailed throughout the summer, providing ideal conditions for developing high quality and flavor concentration in the grapes. Harvest started early and progressed smoothly with the grapes ripening to full maturity.
